Deliveries – Genesis Steel makes every effort to deliver goods within the time scale offered at point of sale. Our experienced sales team fully understand the need for accurate information. Our aim is to deliver stock items within 48 hours of placement of order, sometimes next day. We will always discuss delivery requirements when formulating an offer, we realise in some instances this can be just as important as the price.

Collection – We welcome customer collections at both our sites (St. Helens, Merseyside and the other in Omagh, Northern Ireland) and we pride ourselves on a quick turn-around as no driver wants to sit and wait unnecessarily.
